I go for surrealism in this one, inspired by Sachin Teng. Hannes is a very straightforward kyr so I depicted his outer face, and real face doesn't have any difference. Meanwhile the flower came out from his block shaped hole is black-eyed susan, which means encouragement and justice in flower language, to depict his fair and encouraging personality.
