Azalea has several habits she likes to keep up with on a daily basis such as meditation in nature or going to sleep at a proper time that allows for a good time of rest. For her she has to get to bed at a proper time and wake up at a proper time so she can feel well rested in the morning.
After waking up she takes her time to get a proper waking up ritual that she decided for herself. She starts off her day by making what she considers a healthy breakfast made of fruits and juices.
As she finishes her breakfast she would get dressed then start heading out to her garden that has a special spot that she made. She has a special spot in her garden that she uses that's made for her daily meditation in nature. She would look around at her garden letting the peace take in before sitting down closing her eyes. She starts to meditate listening to the noises of the wind and garden letting the day start off so she doesn't get angry about things.
Between a proper sleep time and meditation she tries her best to keep herself from feeling negative everyday. For her the sleep and meditation are her best two habits that she does her best to keep up with.
