What is a Carta Canis?

Carta Canis, or colloquially known as Hounds, are creatures given life by Patrons in return for service as their hands & feet. Originally human souls with unfinished business, these souls are bound in contract either before death or after, and instead of passing on, live a new life under a new identity. The Patrons, reality bending beings, are unable to physically do certains things without ripping said fabric of reality, or putting mortals in harm's way, and as such will use Hounds instead.

• Where do I get a MYO?

  • In lore, Hounds are created by Patrons, the gods and goddesses in this alternative universe.
  • As users, you can receive a Hound MYO through the following methods:
    • direct purchase through our Ko-Fi
    • Raffle (two every month)
    • Trade/Purchase from Patron Owners.
      • Note: Patrons that are owned by users have a set amount of MYO they are able to generate.
        
        

• What do the Patrons have to do with a MYO?

  • Besides the reasons listed above, a hound will always carry the blessing trait of the patron they were created by.
    • Example: Myrril is a hound created by the Patron of Death and thus has the Deathly Armor blessing.
